How our data is sourced

Opt-in compliance, vendor partnerships, and what you (the buyer) are responsible for.

🛒 We are a marketplace — not a primary data collector

DialerNumber.xyz operates as an aggregation marketplace. We partner with dozens of upstream vendors, Telegram lead-aggregator groups, opt-in landing-page networks, and B2B data platforms (such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo-style sources, RocketReach, Lusha, Kaspr, Hunter.io, Snov.io, and similar tools), as well as our own publisher network.

Every record we list goes through our verification pipeline before it reaches the marketplace:

  • WhatsApp activity check — every WA pack is validated against the WhatsApp network within 30 days of listing
  • Dedupe + format normalisation — phone numbers normalised to E.164, duplicates removed across all vendors
  • DNC scrub — checked against US, UK, EU, AU, CA national DNC registries where applicable
  • Opt-in source tagging — each record carries the upstream source URL and consent timestamp where the vendor provided one

📋 Where the data comes from

Our upstream supply includes:

  • Opt-in landing page networks — quizzes, surveys, comparison sites, free-trial sign-ups
  • Telegram aggregator groups — verified lead-resale partners we have ongoing relationships with
  • B2B data platforms — Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Lusha, Kaspr, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Cognism, etc.
  • Publisher / partner web properties — operators who collect first-party opt-ins under their own privacy policies
  • Public B2B directories — companies' own published contact information

We do not source data from breached databases, leaked dumps, scraped private profiles, or any unconsented source. If you believe a record was improperly sourced, contact legal@dialernumber.xyz and we will remove it within 24 hours.

💬 Why WhatsApp accepts our numbers

WhatsApp's anti-spam systems block fake, recycled, and inactive numbers. If you've bought lists elsewhere and your sender accounts get banned — that's because those lists are full of dead numbers.

Our WhatsApp data is verified against the WhatsApp network: every record has an active WA account and a recent last-seen timestamp. That's why our lists actually deliver — and why your sender accounts stay alive.

⚠ Buyer responsibility & disclaimer

You — the buyer — are solely responsible for how the data is used. DialerNumber.xyz is a data marketplace. We verify, dedupe, and resell records sourced from third-party vendors. We do not control your campaigns, your sender setup, your message content, or your call scripts.

By purchasing data from us, you agree that:

  • You will comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions you target — including TCPA (US), CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), PDPA (Singapore/Thailand), LGPD (Brazil), and all local equivalents.
  • You will honour opt-out / unsubscribe / DNC requests and remove revoked records within the legally required timeframe.
  • You will not send fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or harmful content (phishing, scams, malware, illegal goods, hate speech, etc.).
  • You will not resell, sub-license, or republish our data without written permission.
  • You accept that DialerNumber.xyz, its partners, and its upstream vendors are not liable for any damages, account bans, regulatory fines, civil suits, ISP/carrier blocks, or other consequences arising from your use of the data.

Data is provided "AS IS" with the quality guarantees described on each package page (replacement of unreachable / invalid records within 7 days). No other warranties, express or implied, are offered.

🔒 Got a removal request?

If a phone number you own (or a number you represent legally) appears in our data and you want it removed:

Email legal@dialernumber.xyz with the phone number in E.164 format. We will scrub it from our marketplace within 24 hours and propagate the removal to upstream vendors.
