DialerNumber.xyz ("we", "us", "the marketplace") operates an aggregation marketplace for phone-number and WhatsApp-active datasets sourced from third-party vendors, Telegram lead-aggregator groups, opt-in landing-page networks, and B2B data platforms (including but not limited to Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Lusha, Kaspr, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Cognism). We verify, dedupe, and resell these records. We do not warrant that any individual record is current, accurate, or reachable beyond the package-level quality guarantees published on the relevant product page.
You are solely responsible for compliant use of any data purchased from this marketplace. You agree to comply with all applicable laws — including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA / CPRA, PDPA, LGPD, the EU ePrivacy Directive, and any other regulation governing electronic marketing in your target jurisdictions.
You will honour opt-out, unsubscribe, and Do-Not-Call requests within the legally required timeframe and will not use the data for fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or harmful campaigns.
DialerNumber.xyz, its operators, partners, and upstream vendors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the data, including but not limited to:
Data is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". No other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement), are offered. The maximum aggregate liability of DialerNumber.xyz to any buyer for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount that buyer paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Quality-related credits (replacement of unreachable / invalid / non-WA records in WA-active packs) are processed within 7 days of delivery as described on each product page. Pre-payment refunds (order placed but crypto payment not yet confirmed) are refunded to the same crypto address. Post-delivery refunds are case-by-case via support and are not guaranteed.
Data purchased from DialerNumber.xyz is licensed for the buyer's own marketing use only. Resale, sub-licensing, republication, or transfer of the data to a third party without written permission is prohibited and will result in account termination and possible legal action.
If you are a data subject whose information appears in our marketplace, email legal@dialernumber.xyz with the phone number in E.164 format. Removal happens within 24 hours. The same address handles GDPR / CCPA / LGPD subject access requests.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance.
