No. We do not source from breached databases, leaked dumps, scraped private profiles, or any unconsented source. If you believe a record was improperly sourced, email legal@dialernumber.xyz and we'll remove it within 24 hours.
Yes. Every WhatsApp pack is checked against the WA network within 30 days of listing. WhatsApp doesn't accept fake numbers, so what works for delivery on WA is what we ship.

We supply DNC-scrubbed and opt-in-tagged data — using it lawfully is on you.
Account bans usually come from message content, send rate, or sender-account warm-up — not the number list itself. Our WA-active records pass WhatsApp's existence check; how you message them is up to you.
Misuse violates our Terms of Service and we will terminate the buyer's account. We also reserve the right to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement. As a marketplace, we are not legally responsible for individual buyers' actions — full liability terms are on the Terms page.

No. Data is licensed for the buyer's own marketing use only. Resale, sub-licensing, or republication without written permission is prohibited and will result in account termination.
