How to pay with crypto

The 4-step flow

1Place your order on the country page (or top up your wallet) and pick your preferred coin. We show our verified wallet address along with a 60-minute countdown.
2Send the exact USD amount in the matching crypto to the wallet address on the order page. Copy the address — don't retype it.
3Paste your transaction ID (TX hash) or the blockchain explorer link into the "Confirm payment" box on the order page. Both work.
4We verify and email you as soon as the transaction confirms — usually within 10 minutes. Your CSV download appears in your account dashboard the moment it's ready.

🆕 First time buying crypto?

You can buy USDT or BTC on any major exchange — Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, KuCoin, Bybit — and withdraw it to our wallet address shown on your order page.

If your country restricts those exchanges, P2P platforms like Binance P2P or LocalBitcoins let you buy crypto from individual sellers using bank transfer / mobile money / cash.

💡 Pro tip — top up your wallet

If you plan to make multiple orders, consider topping up your wallet balance ($20 minimum). Once the balance is loaded, every future order is one-click instant — no need to send crypto each time.

⚠ Important things to know

Send the exact USD amount shown on your order page (converted to the chosen crypto at the current market rate). Underpayment leaves the order in "awaiting payment" until topped up.
Use the correct network. USDT-TRC20 is the Tron network — sending it to an ERC20 (Ethereum) address loses your funds. The order page tells you the network for each coin — match it exactly.
Crypto fees are paid by you on top of the order amount (e.g. ~$1 for TRC20, ~$2–15 for BTC).
Address valid for 60 minutes. A live countdown is on your order page. If it expires before you send, place a new order or contact support to extend.
Keep your TX hash. You'll paste it into the "Confirm payment" box. A blockchain explorer link (e.g. tronscan.org, etherscan.io, blockchain.info) also works.
